Canadian Mar Thoma Church Walkathon

The Canadian Mar Thoma Church is hosting a walkathon to raise awareness and funds to benefit the Gulshan & Pyarali G. Nanji Mental Health Services at Oak Valley Health's Markham Stouffville Hospital (MSH).

Their goal is not only to raise funds, but also to break the stigma surrounding mental health, encourage open conversations, and remind people that seeking help is a sign of strength.
